The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking, dining utensils, and appliances. The unit includes a washer and dryer.

This is a non-pet friendly, non-smoking home.
To keep our home beautiful for your enjoyment, a departure cleaning fee of $150.00 is charged per reservation.
We can also provide you with a private cleaning service at your expense during your stay.
All reservations require a refundable $500.00 security deposit.
A booking fee of $100.00 will be charged.
Cribs/highchairs are also available for rent.
There is a property manager on call 24/7 if you should have any issues or concerns.
Airport transportation can be arranged with the property manager for an additional fee.
There is a monthly cap on the electric bill of $300.00, anything above this rate will be charged to the renter.
Taxes are 11%.
We ask all of our guests to please be respectful of the air conditioning and to please shut the air off when doors or windows are left open.
